After completing a degree in Psychology, I discovered a deep interest in understanding people and what motivates them — an interest that naturally led me to a career in recruitment. While new to the industry, I bring a fresh perspective, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right opportunities.

My background playing lacrosse at the college level in the United States and at a state level in Australia has shaped my love for team environments, leadership, and collaboration.

I currently specialise in Application Development recruitment, focusing on roles such as software developers and testers. I also have a dedicated focus on IT recruitment within the healthcare sector, connecting organisations with exceptional talent across software development, engineering, and testing.
