As a recent graduate from UWA with a double major in Human Resource Management and Business, I’ve always been fascinated by people, behaviour, and motivation. This passion was further enhanced through my psychology electives. Alongside my studies, I spent five years working in retail, where I learned the importance of empathy, clear communication, and delivering a positive experience.
Now, as a Talent Manager at Verse Group, I specialise in connecting top IT talent with organisations across Perth, focusing on project delivery roles. I’m passionate about building meaningful, supportive candidate journeys and matching the right talent with the right opportunities.
In my current role, I work within the Project Delivery Team, where I focus on recruiting for positions such as:
