Addison’s background in real estate sales is where she first developed a passion for sales, relationship building and working with people. Working alongside a Sales Agent gave her the opportunity to understand different people, build genuine connections and learn the importance of listening and understanding what someone is looking for. This naturally led her towards recruitment, where she can combine her interest in sales with her passion for helping people find the right career opportunities.
