We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Managed Services client on a Permanent basis. Your technical knowledge experience is important but so is your attitude when it comes to this role and company.

Our client is an established Managed Services Provider that have the opportunity to bring an exciting personality to join their team. Your previous MSP and customer service skills are imperative to this role as you will be responsible in providing professional support in a fast-paced environment to different clients.
As Support Engineer you will:
- Provide professional support to different clients
- Work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour
- Communicate effectively with both clients and your teammates
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, server, network, and other technical issues.
- Be involved in delivering IT projects
- Be proactive in your work by contributing to new ideas to improve business efficiency
- Take your turn in the on-call rosters
- Experience within a Managed Services Environment
- Experience within a Windows environment as well as working with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, VMWare or Hyper-V
- Good networking knowledge (routing and switching)
- Strong communication, customer facing and teamwork skills
- A motivated and proactive work ethic
