Verse is seeking a Senior Service Desk Officer to join our Managed Services client for a 12-month contract on a part-time, 3 days a week basis. For this opportunity, our client requires a communicative individual with good, broad knowledge across IT Support.
About the Client:
Our client is a reputable Managed Services Provider located in West Perth. For this opportunity, you will be assigned to one of the company’s larger clients within the construction industry.
As Senior Service Desk you will:
- Provide quality and professional Level 1 and 2 remote support
- Conduct basic admin with Windows, Microsoft servers
- Work with the ticketing system to prioritise issues and tasks
- Communicate effectively
- Substantial experience in a similar role
- Active Directory, Exchange knowledge
- Exceptional communication and customer facing skills
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- ITIL certification
- West Perth
