Verse is recruiting for motivated and passionate Level 1 and 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Managed Services Provider client on an exclusive basis. Attitude and resiliency is everything for this role and so experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.

This Managed Services client is growing fast and they support clients over many industries including the mining and medical sector. They offer a diverse work environment with the opportunity to grow and expand your technical knowledge and skills.

 

As Service Desk Officer you will:

  • Provide professional, customer-focused delivery of remote support
  • Act as first point of contact and resolve the majority of first line support calls, conducting basic troubleshooting
  • Work with the ticketing system to prioritise issues and tasks
  • Effectively collaborate within the Support Team
  • Be involved with both general support and project tasks
     

Qualifications:
Essential

  • Experience within a dynamic, multiple-client environment
  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 knowledge
  • Good networking knowledge (routing and switching)
  • Strong communication and customer facing skills
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A proactive attitude
  • Police Clearance
