As Service Desk Analyst you will:
- Provide phone, on-site and remote IT support to ensure that IT queries are responded to
- Resolve the majority of first line support calls
- Provide support across both hardware and software in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
- Experience with Windows desktops and laptops, as well as iOS devices, in a networked environment.
- High Experience with Active Directory and administration, Exchange Administration and basic PowerShell commands
- Experience supporting Outlook in Office365 environment.
- Familiarity with CMS software such as SCSM, Remedy, Heat, Service-Now.
