12-Months Fixed-Term Contract

Be a Service Desk professional for a good cause. A large Aged Care service is in need of a compassionate IT Support Officer! Have a critical role where your greatest value is in supporting the end-users of this massive not-for-profit.

Your Role

On a full-time, 12 Month Fixed Term basis, you will:

  • Remotely provide exceptional support to end-users of this Aged Care company
  • Troubleshoot and have a hand in issues revolving around installs, upgrades, and backups for software, hardware and configuring systems and applications.
  • Work within a Desktop/Field Support capacity for the aged care facilities on a rotational basis

You will be a part of the busy ICT Service Delivery Team based in Perth.

What You Bring

  1. Extensive experience in a similar Service Desk role
  2. Tertiary qualification or equal relevant experience
  3. Effective Communication and Problem-Solving comes easily to you
  4. Skills within a VMWare environment, O365, SCCM, Windows 10, Server 16 and MDM (MaaS360 is a plus!)
