Service Delivery Manager
This 3 month contract will give an experienced Service Delivery Manager the opportunity to review the current service management area (processes, people, tools, metric etc) and advise on improvements – medium and short term. You’ll also be tasked with reviewing current service level definitions for accuracy and completeness. The suitable candidate will need to review areas of misalignment between vendor (managed service provider) and the client’s service management approaches and tools. Once the reviews are completed you will be tasked with recommending alternative service management tools.
You’ll be working for one of Verse Group’s long standing clients and these guys are excellent at what they do. They have been consulting into some of Perth’s biggest organisations for 10 years.
As mentioned above the focus of this position is to review the service management area and then make recommendations for alternative service management tools once conducted. This is an enterprise level client, so you’ll need experience of working within this level in previous roles.
- Support communications about agreed service responsibilities and service reports to key stakeholders.
- Provide advice to develop a comprehensive service catalogue, reflecting ‘ICT Role within the end client’ outcomes and associated service expectations
- Develop internal Operating Level Agreements (OLA) with ICT to clarify service responsibilities between ICT teams, including expected inputs and outputs.
