About the Role:
Join a tier 1 enterprise environment in the mining industry. Play a crucial part in the Cyber team, lead the development and execution of our Identity and DLP roadmap, focusing on identity and access management (IAM) and data loss prevention (DLP).

Key Responsibilities
- Improve the IAM posture and work with the broader team to support IAM Platforms that have been implemented
- You will help drive cyber security operational excellence by helping to build processes, procedures and automation to gain efficiencies in our day-to-day IAM practices to support internal customers, ensuring their needs and issues are being addressed.
- Development, implementation and configuration of IDM products,
- Work with business stakeholders and other team members in gathering requirements.
- Designing and building a solution that is accepted into operations.
- Technical expertise in End-to-End Implementation, Operations and Support function with multiple IDM projects
- Lead the integration, configuration and implementations of various IAM tools (focusing primarily on SailPoint) within the organisation's environment to ensure compliance with security control standards and achievement of documented requirements.
- As an SME, provide level 3 support for SailPoint and other IAM products and services to reduce the impact of product defects and related incidents.
- Configure, support and monitor some or all of the following products: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Security and Compliance, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Defender 365, Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP);
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT and Enterprise Identity & Access Management and data loss protection
- Hands on experience in using any one IDM products like Oracle, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk or Ping.
- Hands on experience in using any one DLP products like Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Proofpoint DLP
- Good hands-on experience in Installation, Implementation, Testing, Build & Design of IDM and DLP products
- Broad knowledge and confidence of a number of IAM applications and tools
- Demonstrated experience with application onboarding and enhancements in SailPoint Identity IQ or similar identity management tools.
