Outbound Sales Team Leader
A newly created role for a market leading business in North Manchester. This is a great opportunity to build and lead a team of telesales executives to offer products and services to new and existing customers.

As the sales team leader you will be required to manage and build a team of telesales executives to deliver a range of services to new and existing customers. This is a newly created position for the business and so it is important the person can demonstrate experience of managing a successful telesales team. You will be experienced in setting KPI’s and guiding a team to achieve them whilst also having the ability to lead by example. As the team leader you will be working closely with the senior management team, providing reports on activity and feedback on the team performance.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven experience of wining new business
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Team management experience including performance reviews, KPI setting and training
- Strong IT experience specifically with internal databases and MS Office
- Experience of working with a team to achieve goals and targets
