Sales and Customer Service Officer
Working with an existing database of clients, you will be required to contact key decision makers to discuss the products and services on offer. One you have identified new business opportunities you will feedback to internal teams who will tailor services to meet the customer’s needs.

As sales and customer service officer you will be required to make outbound calls to a database of clients to provide information, advice and guidance on range of services available. You will also deal with customer queries by being the first point of contact and delivering high levels of customer service. You will also be working closely with other internal teams such as marketing to make sure advertising campaigns are successful. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will be working towards targets set for you as individual and for the team.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a sales / contact centre environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT experience specifically with internal databases and MS Office
- Ability to achieve set KPI’s
- Experience of working with a team to achieve goals and targets
