Service Management Manager

The Position:
The Service Management manager will lead a team that provides top grade service for end users, through the IT Service Desk, while overseeing the IT Service Management and Change & Release Management functions. You will work closely with other Senior Managers to ensure the continuous improvement and functionality of all IT departments
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively lead and manage the service desk team, following ITIL requirements and delivering high quality services to End Users
Motivate the Service Desk Team, guiding each individual to maximise and reach their potential, helping them to develop skills and progress.
Promote and maintain a culture of service excellence, innovation and continuous improvement by supporting the individuals in the Service teams, managing appropriate performance indicators and implementing change where necessary
