Verse has taken on an exciting opportunity where we are seeking a quality Level 2 IT Support Officer for our client in the finance sector. Our client is looking for someone with a broad range of skillsets across both systems and networks.
About the Client:
Our client is a market leader and very well respected in the financial industry. They are a multinational company and are located in the CBD. This client is looking to add to their current I.T. team with someone who has the right drive and passion for what they do.
As Level 2 IT Support Officer your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional Level 2 remote and on-site support in a Windows environment
- Working collaboratively with the Level 1 helpdesk
- Handle users' requests for install/move/add/change of PC hardware and software
- VMware support.
- General networking (routing and switching, cable maintenance and deployment, cisco, etc.)
- Windows 8/10
- Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365
- Experience working with VMWare
- Good networking knowledge
- Strong communication and customer facing skills
- Experience working with Azure
- ITIL certification
