A permanent opportunity is available to a passionate Level 1 Service Desk Technician who has the drive to learn and develop within a growing MSP.
- You will be the first point of escalation providing remote support to MSP clients – travel may be required from time to time (company car provided)
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues via the ticketing system, email or over the phone using your IT expertise
- You will use your solid communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional end-user experience
- Great opportunity to learn from quality IT Engineers and eventually progress to their level within the business!

- An easy walk from Mandurah Station
- Previous experience providing Level 1 Support within an MSP environment is essential
- Skills in Active Directory, remote desktop, use of a ticketing system, Windows 10, basic server support and good troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license (company car provided)
- Police check and Working With Children’s check will be required if successful
