Do you have exposure to a Managed Services environment and are ready to hit the ground running in your career in IT?

A permanent opportunity is available to a passionate Level 1 Service Desk Technician who has the drive to learn and develop within a growing MSP.

 

YOUR ROLE

 

  • You will be the first point of escalation providing remote support to MSP clients – travel may be required from time to time (company car provided)
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues via the ticketing system, email or over the phone using your IT expertise
  • You will use your solid communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional end-user experience

YOU BRING

 

  • Previous experience providing Level 1 Support within an MSP environment is essential
  • Skills in Active Directory, remote desktop, use of a ticketing system, Windows 10, basic server support and good troubleshooting abilities
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license (company car provided)
  • Police check and Working With Children’s check will be required if successful
