If you have hands-on experience working within a Service Desk/Desktop Support role from Level 1 - 3, we are happy to have a chat about the types of roles you would be open to in this current market.
The following experience/technical skills would be great to have, but are not necessarily essential:
- Active Directory or AzureAD
- Windows 10 (rollouts, support, etc.)
- Office 365 support/troubleshooting
- SCCM (imaging, deployment)
- VMWare or Hyper-V environments
- Ticketing Systems (e.g. ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.)
- Experience with IT hardware (taking apart, building computers)
