About the Client
This is a Global Scale Mining Company with Tier 1 world class projects located in highly prospective and low sovererign risk regions of Australia and North America.
The business is looking for an all-rounder that has strong technical experience implementing and supporting wide area networks for a large dynamic company.
Working with a small Networking team, they need someone that is flexible and adaptable, has a strong customer focussed work ethic, and can work with business leaders to recommend solutions and convert business requirements into an appropriate technical solution.
Technical Expertise required will be in most of the areas listed below:-
- SDWAN
- VLAN segregation
- Firewalls
- VPN's
- Voice networks
- Static and dynamic Routing
- Cloud Networking
- Enterprise Switches.
This role will be varied across, providing advise, leadership to IT staff and IT security best practices. You will also play an integral part in Monitoring the IT Service Desk and maintaining up to date Network Diagrams.
