- Deliver end-to-end IT support for standard hardware, software, and data networks.
- MSP Vendor Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant IT experience, with a focus on technical issue resolution workflows and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
