At Verse group, we are on the lookout for a keen graduate/junior to join an established WA owned organisation who are in the building and construction industry. After a strong year of growth for this forward-thinking company, the sky is the limit in terms of opportunities for yourself.
This role will see you become the first point of contact for all first level support issues on their internal systems. The main duties within this role will include analysing and fixing applications as problems arise, programming system requests, planning and executing test plans and the production of various documentation.
Working closely with the desktop support team, project managers and business analysts – this role will challenge your experience technically and your customer service skills to solve problems effectively. This is an opportunity to grow within a company who has great mentoring and the future road-map set, which will then allow you to then kickstart your programming career.
Knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Forms will be advantageous. SQL databases and basic scripting is a must as you will be working with those technologies daily.
This position would suit a graduate with experience in a customer service background who has a strong passion for technology and is wanting to join a reputable IT company.
