EUC Administrator

We’re looking for an End-User Computing Administrator who is passionate about the world of IT, to join a well established construction company that offers ongoing development and the opportunity to upskill and excel into a leadership position!
The Company:
Our client is one of Australia's leading residential and commercial construction, property and finance companies. They’ve been operating out of Perth for over 40 years and have nearly 2000 employees working across the country. You would have probably seen or visited some of their properties and buildings around Perth which include offices, apartments, restaurants, aged care and educational facilities and retail centers.
The Position:
They’re looking for a full-time desktop support administrator with experience in handling first point escalations, and providing both remote and onsite second level IT assistance. You’ll be managing the purchasing, configuration, deployment and decommission of all software and hardware used by the business and will need to be able to think quickly on your feet to resolve any problems that arise.

Permanent position with a base salary of $75,000 per year, plus super and the potential to earn more with oncall

All essential equipment like phone, laptop etc. will be provided

Travel locally around the Perth Metro area, and to places like Bunbury and Melbourne
To be successful in this role, you will need to have to the following:

Microsoft SCCM/Intune experience
-
Experience using, troubleshooting and updating Windows 10
-
Office 365 knowledge
-
Valid driver’s licence and access to a car
-
Good hardware knowledge
-
Software packaging knowledge/experience
-
ITIL Foundation Certificate (desirable but not essential)
