Verse Group are actively recruiting for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join a growing technical team on a permanent basis. As Desktop Support Analyst you will join a rapidly growing technology business to work with internal stakeholders across the country and internationally to ensure all customer issues are resolved in a professional and efficient manner.
As Desktop Support Analyst you will:
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and operating systems.
Manage and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Manage user privileges
Manage tickets using Jira
Ensure accurate asset management records and maintained
You will have:
Excellent customer service skills
An understanding of the big picture and the initiative to solve problems as they arise
A strong knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems.
A strong knowledge of Google Applications.
Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with a wide range of hardware solutions
Exposure to IT Asset Management
Strong experience with both in person and over the phone support environments
MCSA or ACSP will be highly regarded but not essential
