Verse Group are exclusively recruiting for an Account Manager to join an innovative technology organisation with a successful track record and proven products. This is a permanent position and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is focused on delivering fist class customer service whilst recognising the opportunity to increase sales. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with the ability to work collaboratively with their colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

Your Duties:
  • Managing incoming sales calls and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Support Pre-Sales efforts - understanding their needs and reacting timely and effectively
  • Sales Processing – registration, sending onboarding emails and help articles – getting started - ensure phone, email and online enquiries are processed quickly and accurately
  • Helps with sales presentations as required
  • Liaise with technical and nontechnical consumers across a range of industries
  • Deliver high level product overview demonstrations to potential customers
  • Daily Sales Insights and Metrics reporting for your territory
  • Maintaining and updating CRM for sales and reporting
  • Attend and participate at events as required
  • A keen interest in technology and the human applications available to new technology
  • Be a confident and clear communicator
  • The ability to confidently outbound cold call, generate and pursue sales leads
  • Be KPI driven, highly self-motivated and take ownership of individual sales figures whilst working toward team outcomes
  • Be a problem solver with an open mindset to challenge business processes
  • Have a mindset that accommodates improvement by learning from our failures
  • Be a collaborative worker, capable of creating and maintaining a positive work environment that delivers results
