About the Role
You’ll be responsible for shaping the frameworks, documentation, and operational mechanisms that move an organisation from project mode to steady-state service delivery.
Working across internal teams and a major vendor, you’ll build ITIL-aligned processes, service catalogues, runbooks, reporting tools, and governance models that ensure a seamless handover and sustainable operations post-go-live.
You’ll establish the mechanisms for SLA monitoring, incident management, and performance reporting, ensuring both sides are ready for a smooth transition into business-as-usual service delivery.
About You
You’re a transition or service delivery specialist who thrives on structure, clarity, and collaboration. You have hands-on experience building internal service processes that are later handed over and embedded with an MSP or vendor. You’re curious, pragmatic, and confident managing relationships in complex technical environments.
You’ll bring:-
Demonstrated experience leading service transition from internal build to vendor adoption

Knowledge of ITIL, incident, and change management practices

Proven ability to develop detailed documentation, runbooks, and governance frameworks

Experience managing large-scale or high-risk managed service contracts
