About the Role
As a Network Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:
· Designing, implementing, and supporting server and network environments.
· Installing and configuring hardware, Windows Server environments, VMware/virtualisation solutions, and AV systems.
· Managing and maintaining Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, and other database servers.
· Configuring and maintaining redundant and high-availability server environments.
· Monitoring, securing, and improving system security across client networks.
· Fault finding and providing root-cause analysis with strong lateral thinking skills.
· Supporting client sites in both the Perth metro area and regional WA (some travel required).

Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with proven experience in:
· Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration.
· Network engineering and server implementation.
· RDP experience (tTerminal Server Environments)
· VMware and other virtualisation platforms.
· Database servers, including SQL and Exchange.
· Redundant, high-availability environments.
· System and network security best practices.
· Hardware installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades
